Heshani Kaumadi

Heshani Kaumadi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Associate HR Manager at CAMMS since June 2017, overseeing overall HR functions. Prior to this role, Kaumadi worked at MAS Holdings from July 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance management, and employee administration as a Senior Executive HR and earlier as an HR Executive. Heshani's career began at DMS Data Systems as an Administration Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Certified qualification in Labour Law from the Employer Federation of Ceylon, and a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Additionally, Kaumadi holds a Certificate for Blue Belt in Lean Manufacturing from MAS Education.
