Jens Schorlepp

Jens Schorlepp has been with camos Software und Beratung GmbH since 2009, currently serving as a Team- & Organisationsentwickler, where support is provided to the company and employees in achieving flatter hierarchies, effective self-organization, and agile thinking. Previous roles in the company include Teamleiter Beratung and Senior Project Manager, focusing on IT project management, project ownership, and consulting for the implementation of product configurators and CPQ platforms in mechanical and plant engineering. Prior experience includes working as an IT Consultant and Project Manager at MHP – A Porsche Company, specializing in SAP CRM and E-Commerce systems, as well as IT Consultant at camos Software und Beratung GmbH and Software Developer/Consultant at untersee GmbH. Jens Schorlepp holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker (FH) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, earned between 1998 and 2003.
