Megan Medlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and policy operations across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Camp Chateau since November 2023, Megan previously held the position of Program Manager, Policy Performance at TikTok, where significant contributions included designing a unified policy taxonomy and conducting a comprehensive policy performance metric gap analysis. Prior roles at Stripe spanned multiple titles, including Risk Strategist for EMEA, User Policy Operations Manager, and Risk Operations Manager, where key achievements involved developing the first comprehensive Dispute Monitoring strategy, founding the User Policy Operations team, and managing risk operations across regions. Earlier experience includes positions at Square as a Sr. Fraud Detection Specialist and at State Farm Insurance as a Claims Representative and Claims Processor. Megan holds a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a B.A. in Geography from San Francisco State University.
