Don Brown

Don Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, legal counsel, and investment within the start-up and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Private Investor and Start-up Champion at Rockies Venture Club since February 2020 and as a Senior Counselor at Camp Deerwood since June 2018, Don has previously held significant roles such as Founder and Managing Director at Optimal Blue, where contributions were made to secondary marketing services for mortgage bankers from November 2004 to August 2020. Earlier experiences include serving as Councilman for the City of Louisville, Vice President and General Counsel at Zenodata Corporation, and Partner at Clark, Brown & Rupert, among others. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Colorado and a BA in Economic History from Northwestern University.
