Rae Ratliff has a diverse work experience, with roles in various organizations. Most recently, Rae worked at WorldStrides as the Senior Director of Program Delivery. Prior to that, they held positions at Camp Fire Alaska as the Director of Operations and Organization Lead of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives, and at Girl Scouts of Alaska as the State-Wide Sales Program Manager. They also worked at Alaska Museum of Science and Nature as a Program Growth Contractor and at West End House Boys & Girls Club as the Director of Academic Support and the Inaugural Director of West End House Girls Camp. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mastery Charter Schools as a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Instructor and Trainer, and at Teach For America Greater Philadelphia as a 7th Grade English Teacher.
Rae Ratliff has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Secondary English and Marginalized Populations from the University of Pennsylvania, which was obtained in 2008. Prior to that, Rae Ratliff obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Radford University in 2005. Additionally, Rae Ratliff has obtained several certifications in areas such as project leadership, diversity and inclusion, lean six sigma project management, CPR/First Aid/AED training, youth mental health first aid, cultural diversity facilitation, and social emotional learning program quality assessment.

Camp Fire Alaska
Camp Fire Alaska is a 501(c)3 non-profit youth development agency giving children opportunities to discover the best in themselves and others in a fun, safe, learning environment. Annually, more than 5,000 youth are served through 4 programs: 1. Before and after school programs 2. Summer programs, day camp and overnight camp 3. Community Centers 4. Rural Program, serving remote communities throughout the state Our PROMISE Young people want to shape the world. Camp Fire provides the opportunity to find their spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are. In Camp Fire, it begins now. Light the fire within Camp Fire Alaska makes these commitments.
