Steve Baumgartner

Steve Baumgartner currently serves as the Manager of Individual Giving at Camp Fire Central Puget Sound since March 2022 and also works as a Nurse Technician at MultiCare Health System since February 2024. Baumgartner has extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA of Greater Seattle, where achievements included a 97% increase in Aquatics revenue and a 35% rise in sports and recreation revenue over two years. Previous positions have included various directorial roles and responsibilities in aquatics program development and staff supervision. Baumgartner's earlier career highlights include multiple leadership positions at Camp Fire Central Puget Sound and experience in coaching and customer service. Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Nursing at Tacoma Community College, Baumgartner also holds a degree in Sport Science from Bangor University.
