Totan Roy

Totan Roy is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Construction at Camp Pickle since January 2023, Totan is responsible for full-spectrum project development from inception to opening. Previously, Totan held key positions including Owners Representative at TR Development Corp, and Vice President of Construction & Development at The Siegel Group, where management encompassed the construction of 480 housing units. At Punch Bowl Social, Totan significantly expanded departmental capabilities and achieved substantial cost savings while managing a large-scale entertainment venue. As Project Executive at rand* construction corporation, leadership was demonstrated in managing over $120 million in annual project volume and fostering critical client relationships. Totan founded Crossection, Inc., a commercial general contracting firm, leading it to an annual volume exceeding $50 million. Totan Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Criminal Justice from San Jose State University.
