Scott Topal

Scott Topal has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Beginning in 2009, they worked as a Production Team Intern at HR Solutions International Inc, where they supported the design and analysis of Employee Satisfaction Surveys. In the same year, they also served as the Assistant Director of Communications at Ramah Day Camp, where they were responsible for developing communications and streamlining daily communication processes.

In 2009-2010, Scott worked as a Senior Admission Counselor at Northwestern University Admission Office, where they built relationships with prospective students and conducted information sessions for potential Northwestern students. Scott also held the role of Program Director at Ramah Day Camp during this time, managing schedules and developing contingency plans for the camp.

In 2010, Scott joined Accenture as an Analyst in Management Consulting, supporting the implementation of an insurance management system and developing training modules. Scott later took on the role of Consultant and then Manager, leading change management initiatives and the implementation of CRM cloud solutions for various clients.

Most recently, since 2018, Scott has served as the Director of Operations at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin.

Scott Topal attended Bronx High School of Science from 2002 to 2006, where they received their high school diploma. Scott then went on to Northwestern University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change with minors in Business Institutions and Political Science.
