Scott Topal has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Beginning in 2009, they worked as a Production Team Intern at HR Solutions International Inc, where they supported the design and analysis of Employee Satisfaction Surveys. In the same year, they also served as the Assistant Director of Communications at Ramah Day Camp, where they were responsible for developing communications and streamlining daily communication processes.

In 2009-2010, Scott worked as a Senior Admission Counselor at Northwestern University Admission Office, where they built relationships with prospective students and conducted information sessions for potential Northwestern students.
