LeeAnn Hoffman

LeeAnn Hoffman is an experienced professional in wellness coaching and program management with a diverse background in health and education. Currently serving as an Operational Performance Coach at Legal & General America since August 2024, LeeAnn previously held roles as a Health Coach Program Marketer at Primecare Home Care Services, and as an Assistant Director at Benchmark Human Services, where responsibilities included organizing and supervising summer programs. With a solid foundation in wellness coaching at Parkview Health, LeeAnn developed lifestyle programs for a large employee population that achieved significant cost savings. Early career experiences include being an Account Executive at Complete Wellness Solutions, a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University focusing on wellness education, and a Language Arts Teacher at Zionsville Community Schools. LeeAnn holds a Master's degree in Wellness Management and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Language Arts Education from Ball State University.
