Camp War Eagle is a Christian sports and adventure camp for kids in Northwest Arkansas.  Every summer, over 6,500 kids and teens attend Camp War Eagle.  We are passionate about impacting our Northwest Arkansas community, and, to that end, also have a year-round program, OZONE, and a world-class after school program, SOAR.

The Counselors and Program Directors team at Camp War Eagle is dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for all campers. They coordinate and oversee daily activities, mentor and support campers, and ensure that the camp’s programs align with its Christian values. This team also manages the OZONE and SOAR programs, fostering positive community engagement year-round.

Counselors and Program Directors

The Human Resources and Recruitment team at Camp War Eagle is responsible for attracting and hiring qualified staff to ensure smooth operations of the summer camp and year-round programs like OZONE and SOAR. This team manages the recruitment process, including outreach, interviewing, and onboarding, while also supporting current employees with HR needs to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

The Marketing team at Camp War Eagle is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns to promote the camp's summer programs, year-round OZONE program, and SOAR after-school program.
