Phil Dreshfield

Retreats Culinary Director

Phil Dreshfield is a Culinary Specialist with extensive and diverse experience in the food service industry, including roles in sales, restaurant management, product development, and culinary entrepreneurship. They currently serve as the Retreats Culinary Director at Camp War Eagle. Phil has taught as an instructor at various institutions, including Southeast Missouri State University and Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food, and has held adjunct positions at multiple colleges. They also coordinated the ProStart program for the Missouri Restaurant Association, fostering talent in the restaurant and food service sectors. Phil holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a BA with honors in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
