Randy Gore

As Senior Director, Randy Gore is responsible of driving the development and implementation of educational enrichment, family engagement and the camp programming components of Campagna Kids, as well as overseeing operational readiness, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Over the past 11 years, Mr. Gore has served the Campagna Kids program in various capacities, including direct service positions as Site Director and Director of Operations, which honed his experience in youth development programming and childcare management. His youth work experiences outside of Campagna Kids include service as a volunteer teen group mentor and a consultant and trainer to religious organizations seeking to expand and increase the quality of youth services and para-church community based programming. He also serves on various community advisory groups and professional associations including the Alexandria Youth Coordinating Council, Virginia Partnership on Out-of-School Time, and the Zion Seminary Accreditation Work Group.
