Rozalind Ferguson

Her former education started in Norfolk Virginia where she graduated from Matthew Fontaine Maury High School. After High School, she attended Virginia Wesleyan College in Va. Beach Virginia where she earned a certification in Psychology leading her to Norfolk State University where she obtained her Bachelors of Social Work with a minor in Elementary Education. She also holds a Child Development Associate credential in Preschool.

Over span of 27 years her career has led to many exciting opportunities in the field of Early Education including Chief of the Office of Educational Services (District Government) Head Start, Executive Director (Combined Federal Agencies) where she obtained a Federal Director’s Certification under President Barack Obama and Director (For-profit Child Care Services).
