Andy Wardlaw

Andy Wardlaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Campaign Against Living Miserably since 2019, Andy has held the position of Global Managing Director for Tech & Innovation at The Talent Business from January 2016 to November 2024. Previously, Andy was International Talent Director at AKQA, where emphasis was placed on creating innovative digital solutions. As a Founding Partner at Congregation Partners and in earlier roles, including Head of Digital Talent at The Talent Business and Head of Staffing at Modem Media (Digitas), Andy has demonstrated a commitment to driving creativity in organizations. Andy holds a BA in Law from The University of Sheffield, acquired between 1995 and 1998.
