Melanie Hartley

Melanie Hartley is an experienced professional in administration and data management, currently serving as the Senior Salesforce Administrator at the Campaign Against Living Miserably since November 2019. Previously, Melanie held the position of Deputy Head of Fellowship Services at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA) from July 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing Fellowship retention for 30,000 Fellows and overseeing a customer service team. Prior roles include Office Manager at the Disability Advisory Service at Imperial College London and Equalities Administrator at King's College London, as well as positions as a Disability Administrator and Research Administrator at the University of Leeds. Melanie earned a Master of Arts degree in Mediaeval History from the University of St Andrews in 2004.
