Jewel Bourne

Jewel Bourne is a Policy Fellow at Campaign for College Opportunity, with previous experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Program Manager at Parkland College. Jewel has a PhD in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, an MA in Higher Education Administration, a BA in English Literature & Gender Studies, and an AA in Liberal Arts. Jewel has presented on critical narratives of Black and African American female community college transfer students.
