Julia Steffens

Julia Steffens has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Julia started their career at Accenture in 2007 as a Compensation Expert and later transitioned to become an M&A Expert. In 2014, they joined ING-DiBa as a Compensation & Benefits specialist, where they worked until 2017. Julia then took a sabbatical from October 2017 to February 2018. Following their sabbatical, they joined STADA Arzneimittel AG in 2018 and worked in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Campana & Schott.

Julia Steffens completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006 at Aalen University. Julia earned a degree in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft and obtained the title of Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH). In 2005, they also spent a brief period at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this experience.
