Abdul Fofanah

Abdul Fofanah is an experienced On Premise Specialist at Campari Group, managing commercial business for various accounts throughout the NYC metro area since July 2022. Previously, Abdul served as a Brand Champion for Wray & Nephew Jamaican rum, focusing on education in trade and consumer markets. With a diverse background, Abdul held roles such as Beverage Director at Teranga, where a beverage program centered around West African cuisine was developed, and Assistant General Manager at Leyenda Cocteleria, overseeing operations for a notable Mezcal and Tequila bar. Additional bartending experiences include positions at Thyme Bar, L'atelier de Joel Robuchon, Blue Hill At Stone Barns, Lilia Restaurant, and Saraghina. Abdul holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Morgan State University and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 certification programs in Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
