Andrea Sengara has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing field. Andrea is currently the Head of Marketing, U.S. at Campari Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Council Member at GLG. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Planning & Innovation at LVMH, where they were responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across multiple brands. Before that, they served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Combs Enterprises, where they led marketing efforts for Sean "Diddy" Combs' wine & spirits portfolio and spearheaded the DeLeón Tequila Joint Venture. Andrea also had significant roles at Diageo, Bacardi, adidas, AIESEC, and DHL Worldwide Express throughout their career.

Andrea Sengara has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a postgraduate program in Digital Business at Columbia Business School. Andrea previously attended McGill University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.Com degree in Marketing and International Business. Additionally, in 1996, Andrea obtained an Italian Language Diploma from the Centro Linguistico Italiano: Dante Alighieri in Florence, Italy. In 1997-1998, they also attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas, focusing on International Business and Marketing.
