Andres Brito has extensive experience in various marketing roles within the beverage and consumer goods industries. Andres started their career as a Marketing Junior Executive at British American Tobacco in 2005 and went on to hold multiple marketing and trade marketing positions within the company. In 2011, they completed a summer internship in the Global Marketing Development Program at Colgate-Palmolive. Andres then joined Colgate Palmolive full-time in 2012 as an Assistant Brand Manager before being promoted to Associate Brand Manager and eventually Brand Manager.
In 2015, Brito transitioned to the Embassy of Colombia in the United States, where they served as the Chief of Staff to the Ambassador until 2016. Andres then joined The HEINEKEN Company in 2017 as a Brand Manager for AMSTEL beer before assuming the role of Director for AMSTEL & Emerging Brands.
Currently, Brito is working at Campari Group, where they started in 2018 as a Senior Brand Manager for Global Marketing - Rums. Andres was subsequently promoted to Director for Global Marketing - Rums and is currently serving as the Senior Category Director for Global Marketing - White Spirits.
Andres Brito has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Finance and Operations Research, from Universidad de Los Andes from 2001 to 2007.
