Elena Martelli

Elena Martelli has over 30 years of work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Elena started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor in 1990. Elena then moved on to Mediolanum Farmaceutici, where they served as an Assistant Controller from 1993 to 1995. Elena joined Duracell_Gilette Group in 1995 as a Finance & Planning Manager for Italy. Elena later transitioned to Campari Group, where they held several positions, including Finance Director Italy from 2000 to 2009, Chief Financial Officer Italy from 2009 to 2013, and Shared Service Center General Manager from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Elena serves as the Head of Global Business Services at Campari Group since June 2018, leading the optimization and automation of business processes and overseeing service delivery.

Elena Martelli obtained a Laurea in Business/Managerial Economics from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their Maturità classica at Liceo Classico, Liceo Ginnasio G.Parini, from 1980 to 1985.
