Dr. Christian Fabry

Dr. Christian Fabry serves as the Global Head of Professional Services SVP at FLSmidth since September 2022, overseeing the full P&L for a global professional services business that includes installation, commissioning, field services, training, and the operation of over 20 service centers worldwide. In addition, Dr. Fabry is an advisory board member of Service-Verband KVD since January 2016, reflecting a strong commitment to service excellence. Previous roles at thyssenkrupp from September 2015 to September 2022 include leadership positions in service across Europe and Asia, parts and supply management, offer and order management, sales performance, and transformation initiatives. Dr. Fabry's earlier career includes significant contributions at FIR an der RWTH Aachen, leading consulting and research projects in service management. Dr. Fabry holds a Doctor's Degree in Service Management and a Diploma in Business and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, along with project economic studies at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
