Ermela Kaferi

Ermela Kaferi has a strong background in logistics and customer service. Ermela currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Americas Customer Service and Logistics at Campari Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Americas Logistics at the same company.

Before joining Campari Group, Ermela worked at Prada Group as the Director of North America Distribution, where they were responsible for managing a multi-channel distribution network, customs compliance, e-commerce fulfillment, and vendor management. Ermela also held the positions of Associate Director, Logistics North America and Sr. Manager, Logistics Canada and US East Coast at Prada Group.
