Jocelyn Charlot

Jocelyn Charlot currently serves as the Global Head of HR for Campari Group, overseeing the supply chain since December 2024, bringing extensive strategic business expertise and proficiency in over 29 skills. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held several significant positions at Sanofi from July 2018 to November 2024, including VP, Global Head of HR for General Medicines Manufacturing & Supply, managing operations across 32 production sites in 23 countries, and leading the digital transformation initiative. Previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Tech Data Corporation, overseeing compensation and benefits for approximately 5,500 employees in Europe, and roles at Thales focusing on compensation, HR analytics, and HR projects, as well as an HR Generalist position at Aspheria. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from INSEEC Grande Ecole and a DUT in GEA from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
