Lena Tsvetinskaya

Lena Tsvetinskaya serves as the Global Head of Talent and Global Employee Experience Director at Campari Group, where responsibilities include creating transformative experiences and strategic frameworks aimed at enhancing engagement among Camparistas. With over a decade of experience at PepsiCo, Lena held several senior roles, including Senior Director of Talent Experience for PepsiCo Europe, where efforts focused on redefining talent experiences through diversity and inclusion initiatives. Lena also led a two-year culture transformation initiative, oversaw talent management processes, and managed global employee surveys that involved over 270,000 participants. Prior experience includes leadership in internal communications at UC Rusal and IKEA Group, alongside an internship at Mary Kay Cosmetics. Lena holds a Master’s degree in Culture Studies and a professional qualification in Human Resources, as well as certification as a Professional Coach.
