Lorenzo Canuti has extensive experience in finance and performance optimization, currently serving as Senior Finance Planning & Analysis_Process Governance at Campari Group since September 2022. Responsibilities include managing monthly deferred discount accounting, overseeing promotional billing and budget allocation, leading the transition to a new Trade Promotion Management tool (SAP), and enhancing reporting processes through PowerBI. Previously, at Deloitte Consulting, Lorenzo held roles as Senior Consultant & PMO and Consultant & PMO, contributing to significant projects such as the design of target operating models and the implementation of Finance Shared Service Centers. Lorenzo began a career in finance as an Analyst at Banfi Official, focusing on budgeting and reporting. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Luiss Guido Carli University.
