Theresa then moved on to work at The Marmon Group, where they held various positions including H.R. Assistant, Benefits Analyst, Human Resources Supervisor, and Human Resources Manager. In 2010, they joined Wells Lamont LLC as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for implementing HR strategies and policies. Theresa then moved on to Marmon Retail Electrical Products as the Director of Human Resources before joining Campbell Hausfeld in 2017 in the same role.
