Aiva Sperberga

Aiva Sperberga has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 at Prudentia as an Analyst until 2006. Aiva then worked as an Analyst Intern at UBS Investment Bank in 2007. Aiva continued their career at UBS Investment Bank as an Analyst from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Campbell Lutyens as an Executive until 2010, and then moved up to Associate from 2010 to 2012. Aiva was promoted to Senior Associate from 2012 to 2013, and then became a Vice President from 2013 to 2015. Aiva further advanced to the role of Senior Vice President from 2015 to 2017, before becoming a Managing Director in 2017.

Aiva Sperberga completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Management with a major in Finance at ESCP Business School from 2006 to 2008.
