Pat Bell

Pat Bell has over 30 years of experience in property management and purchasing. Currently serving as an Area Property Manager at Campbell Property Management since November 1993, Pat manages a portfolio involving 6-7 properties simultaneously, overseeing personnel and major projects. Prior to this role, Pat worked as a Purchasing Manager at Hamilton Avnet from 1987 to 1990, where responsibilities included sourcing items for a multilayer technology printed circuit board company. Earlier experience includes a position in Purchasing Management at Astro Circuits from 1982 to 1987, where Pat was solely responsible for procuring major items for multi-circuit boards for significant clients. Pat's educational background includes studies at Rivier University and Mt. St. Mary's Seminary.
