Scott Erickson

Scott Erickson has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Scott currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Campbell Scientific, Inc. since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at RR Donnelley for over 20 years, where they held the positions of Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Manager. Before RR Donnelley, they worked at JR Simplot Company as a Human Resources Manager.

Scott Erickson attended Utah State University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. In 1998, they completed a Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in the field of Human Resources Development. From 2013 to 2015, they participated in the RR Donnelley Executive Mentoring Program, obtaining a Certificate of Completion in Leadership Development. Scott Erickson also holds an additional certification in ISO 9001:2008, although specific details regarding the institution and date of completion are not provided.
