Colette Penegre

Colette Penegre is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and industrial engineering within the food industry. Since March 2020, Colette has been an Associate Manager in Industrial Engineering at Campbell's, focusing on plant cost performance and developing the Site's Annual Operating Plan. Prior roles include Quality Systems Manager and QA Food Safety & Compliance Specialist at Campbell's, where Colette ensured regulatory compliance and managed food safety programs. At Vanguard Culinary Group, contributions included training development and HACCP plan optimization. Colette also has research experience from North Carolina State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in French, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
