Janine Roll

Janine Roll has extensive experience in international compensation, benefits, and mobility, currently serving as the Director at Campbell Soup Company since July 2007. Prior to this role, Janine held the position of Senior Director of International Compensation at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2007, and served as Senior Manager of Compensation at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer from 1997 to 2000, during which time Rhone-Poulenc Rorer merged with HMR Pharma to form Aventis Pharma in 1999. Janine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and English Literature from Penn State University between 1975 and 1979.
