Jeff Lech

Jeff Lech is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and operations sector, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Campbell Soup since February 2023. With a career at Campbell Soup Company beginning in December 2009, Jeff has held various roles, including Director, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Reliability Leader. Prior to joining Campbell Soup, Jeff worked at Clorox from 2005 to 2009 as a Manager. Jeff Lech holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned between 1987 and 1991.
