Caira Martino

Caira Martino has extensive experience in law enforcement and financial services, holding multiple leadership positions at First Tech Federal Credit Union from June 2021 to February 2025, including Senior Director, Director of BSA, and Senior Manager. Prior to this, Caira served as a Police Officer for the City of Sparks from June 2008 to November 2010 and for the City of Forest Grove from November 2010 to October 2015. Caira holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, expected to be completed in February 2024, and a degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology/English from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed in January 2006.
