Menexia Tsoubeli

Menexia Tsoubeli possesses extensive experience in the food science industry, currently serving as Vice President of Creation & Innovation for Firmenich since August 2019. Simultaneously, Menexia holds the position of Vice President of Research & Development at Campbell Fresh, a division within Campbell Soup Company, starting in June 2017. Menexia's career at Campbell Soup Company dates back to 1999, with progressive roles including VP R&D for the Garden Fresh division, Director R&D for the Away From Home division, and Group Manager of Product Development, among others. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Scientist at U.S Army Natick Labs from 1995 to 1999. Menexia earned a M.S./Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Minnesota between 1988 and 1994.
