Paul Ricciardi

Paul Ricciardi is a Principal Flavorist at Campbell Soup Company, having held this position since February 2018. Prior to this, Paul served as a Senior Flavor Chemist at Tastepoint by IFF and a Senior Flavorist for Culinary Flavor Development at David Michael & Co. Notable experience includes a decade at International Flavors and Fragrances as a Senior Flavorist, focusing on Savory Top Note Flavors and occasionally working with the Sweet Goods Group. Paul's career began at Firmenich as a Junior Flavorist, where responsibilities included creating Savory Top Notes and Seasonings. Educationally, Paul holds a Master's degree in Food Science and a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University.
