Richard Dominiak

Richard Dominiak is an experienced professional in process engineering and product development, currently serving as the R&D Manager at Campbell Soup Company since May 2012. In this role, Richard leads a team focused on improving product quality through the development of processes related to raw ingredient handling and processing. Richard has also held the position of Senior Process R&D Engineer at Campbell Soup Company, where responsibilities included the commissioning and validation of new equipment at thermal processing facilities. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Proposal Engineer at Foster Wheeler from May 2006 to May 2012, specializing in the design of fired heaters utilizing thermodynamic principles. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University, earned in 2006.
