Sean Shurbet

Sean Shurbet is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, manufacturing, and leadership. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Campbell Soup Company since January 2021, Sean has held various roles at the company, including Industrial Engineer. Previously, Sean worked at Amcor as a Manufacturing Supervisor and at Kimberly-Clark in multiple capacities such as Converting Asset Team Leader and Inventory Specialist. Sean's career began in the US Army, where service as an Officer spanned over a decade. Sean’s academic credentials include studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and Dallas Christian College.
