Tanya Edmonds

Tanya Edmonds, SPHR, is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant for People & Culture in Talent Acquisition at The Campbell's Company since July 2025 and a Steering Committee Member at Wake Invests in Women since January 2024, Tanya focuses on innovative solutions to address gender wage and representation gaps. Previously, Tanya held leadership roles at RTI International from 2021 to April 2025, including Vice President and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where strategic oversight and execution of talent acquisition strategies were central responsibilities. Tanya's career also includes a significant tenure at NTT from 2012 to 2021, where the establishment of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function and leadership of talent acquisition initiatives were key achievements. Additional experience spans time at Microsoft, IBM, and Hudson, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University and certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
