Yvonne Gautsch

Yvonne Gautsch has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager of R&D at Campbell Soup Company since June 2013, with a focus on PLM systems, data analytics, and process automation. Previous roles at Campbell include Sr. Research Scientist and Sr. Scientist, reflecting a strong background in product development and technical solutions. Prior to this, Yvonne held various internship positions in quality assurance and product development at organizations such as Keany Produce Co. and Campbell Soup Company. Early culinary experience includes roles as Head Pastry Chef at No. 9 Park Group and internships in baking and pastry at The Walt Disney Company and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Yvonne holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts & Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
