Ravi Tadepu, M.A., BCBA, is a Behavior Manager with experience in designing and overseeing treatment plans based on ABA. With a background in Clinical Director and Program Supervisor roles, Ravi has provided ongoing training to Behavioral Therapists, assessed client treatment needs, and developed Behavior Support Plans. Prior to this, Ravi worked as a Behavior Therapist(RBT) at Trumpet Behavioral Health, focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Ravi also has experience in management as a Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread. Ravi holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Health Science from San Jose State University.
