Flora Dalmasso has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Flora currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Camper & Nicholsons since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the People Development Manager at SBM Offshore from May 2019 to April 2021. Their previous role was as the HR Development Manager at Novares Group from January 2014 to May 2019. In this position, they were responsible for HR processes, project management, recruitment, and managing social networks. Before joining Novares Group, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at MECAPLAST Group from January 2008 to December 2013.
Flora Dalmasso obtained their DUT GEA degree with a specialization in Option RH from IUT de Nice from 2001 to 2003. Flora then pursued further studies and completed their Master 2 in Economie et Gestion des Ressources Humaines at the Université Côte d'Azur from 2003 to 2006.
