Ben Hirsch has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Ben began their career as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot/Maintenance Platoon Leader/Executive Officer in the US Army. Ben later became a Plans Officer, where they developed logistics and evacuation plans for a team of 3,500 personnel. Ben also served as a Deputy Speechwriter to the UNC/CFC/USFK Commander, composing speeches for a four-star General. Ben then became a Company Commander of the United Nations Command Honor Guard, managing ceremonial events and overseeing security for the UN Command. Since 2013, Ben has been working at Campers Inn RV, initially as a Director of Fixed Operations and Strategic Initiatives, and currently as the Chief Operating Officer.

Ben Hirsch has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International and Strategic History, with a minor/concentration in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained in 2005. In 2010, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. Later, in 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a Commercial Pilot Helicopter, Instrument Helicopter, Private Pilot Airplane Single Engine, and Instrument Airplane, obtained in 2007.
