Regina Malta

Regina Malta currently serves as a member of the Financial, Risks, Internal Controls, and Audit Committee at Diversity on Boards and as a fiscal advisor at both the Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado and the Fundação Centro Médico De Campinas. As the Founder and CEO of GRC-4U since January 2024, Regina specializes in Corporate Risk Management, ESG, Governance, Compliance, and Auditing, providing services to companies in São Paulo. Regina has a strong background in risk management from previous roles, including Deputy Director at Grupo NC and Coordinator of Risk Management at EMS, and has extensive experience in external auditing with Deloitte. Education includes an MBA from FIA Business School and specialized courses in ESG and strategic management.
