Gert Vervecken

Gert Vervecken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance engineering and procurement, currently serving as a Method Engineer Maintenance at Campine since November 2025. Prior to this, Gert held the position of Procurement Engineer BOM & IMS at Signify from May 2017 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing procurement activities, analyzing supplier capabilities, and establishing KPIs while ensuring reliable production supply and cost savings. Gert's career also includes significant roles at Philips Lighting - Signify, where achievements in maintenance engineering led to improved processes and cost reductions, as well as project management experience at Bosal. Gert holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from KU Leuven and multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance.
