Aaron Falk is a Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist at Camping World since June 2018, managing the hiring process for over 100 dealerships and retail locations while collaborating with hiring managers. Prior to this role, Aaron served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond from January 2016 to June 2018, achieving a consistent rate of over 25 hires weekly and enhancing onboarding and interviewing practices. Aaron's career began at CompHealth in February 2007 as a Sales Manager, where the team excelled in placements and achieved President’s Club Status for exceeding goals in 2013. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
