Jenny Samson

Jenny Samson has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR technology and compensation. Jenny began their career as an HR Systems Analyst at Sterling Savings Bank in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Jenny then joined Tamarack Business Intelligence as a Technical Documentation Specialist from 2011 to 2013. Jenny then moved to Micron Technology and worked as a Compensation Analyst from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an HRIS/Payroll Manager at Western States Equipment. In 2017, Jenny joined both Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation as a Corporate HRIS Analyst and Magellan Health as a Compensation Consultant. At Magellan Health, they later took on the role of Sr. HR Technologist, Compensation from 2019 to 2022, and then became the Workday Technology Manager from 2022 to 2023. Most recently, they are an IT Lead Analyst - Workday at Camping World since 2023.

Jenny Samson earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Washington State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Jenny also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Washington State University - College of Business and Economics during the same period. Jenny has additional certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, which they obtained in March 2021. Jenny also holds certifications in Workday Pro - HCM & Compensation, Workday Pro Compensation, and Workday Pro HCM, which they acquired in 2019.
