Kami Hanson

Kami Hanson, PhD, serves as the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Partner at Camping World since August 2023, while concurrently leading Hanson Consulting as Principal and Chief Designer since June 2015, focusing on tailored learning solutions for business challenges. Previously, Kami worked at Square as the Global Head of Learning and Content Technologies from October 2022 to April 2023, managing a team to enhance learning and support for sellers. At LendingClub, from October 2017 to October 2022, Kami held the role of Director of Learning Technology, directing a team to transform learning culture and implement emerging technologies. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and American Express, with a strong emphasis on innovative instructional design, performance support, and enhancing learner engagement. Academically, Kami earned a PhD in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences from Utah State University, alongside a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Weber State University.
