Kimberly Bourne

Kimberly Bourne has extensive experience in learning experience and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Manager at Camping World since January 2016, following progressive roles including Manager of Learning & Organization Effectiveness, Senior Instructional Designer, Instructional Designer & LMS Admin, and Graphic Design Contractor. Prior to this, Kimberly owned and designed for Main Street Market Designs from May 2010 to March 2021, and worked as a contracted freelance graphic designer from January 2007 to March 2021. Additionally, Kimberly gained valuable experience as an Orchestra Personnel Assistant at Utah Symphony & Opera from August 2005 to June 2008. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University.
