Justin Hales is the CEO and Founder of Camplify, leading a global peer-to-peer community focused on campervan, caravan, and motorhome sharing since 2014. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and client relations, Justin has held various management roles, including General Manager at Telligence Pty Ltd, Account Manager for Triple Point Technology, and General Manager at Andor Systems. Justin has developed expertise in product development, strategic planning, and team leadership across multiple industries, such as technology and logistics. An advocate of agile methodologies, Justin holds several certifications, including Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, alongside a solid educational foundation from the University of Newcastle and other institutions.
